Do you ship internationally?


-Yes! We ship orders worldwide to every country.

 

Where are is my order shipped from?
- Koli Collective is based in the heart of Los Angeles, CA. 


How long until my order ships out?

-Items INSTOCK (Pre-Orders Excluded) are processed and shipped out in 1 to 2 business days. Excluding Holidays.


How much is the shipping cost for my order?

-Shipping costs are calculated and presented to you during checkout before any payment is made.


Do you ship to all the countries in the middle east as well?

-Yes we do! Please make sure the shipping address you input at checkout is a PO Box address so your order arrives to you without any issues.

 

 

Why was my order flagged or cancelled?

We have sold out of the item you ordered.

How do I know my order went through?

After your order has been placed you will receive an e-mail confirmation that states what you ordered and the address that it will be shipped to.


I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail, what should I do?

If you haven't received a confirmation e-mail you should: Check your spam box in your e-mail account. If you still haven't received it please contact customer support here.


How do I know when my order shipped?

You will receive an email notification with your delivery confirmation number.
